Cream Chipped Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 package (2.5 oz.) chipped beef, cut into 3/4 in. squares
- 1 small can peas, drained
- Toasted white bread
Instructions:
- Make a medium white sauce from milk, butter and flour
- Mix in beef and peas.
- Serve on toast
