Cream Chipped Beef

Ingredients:

• 1 cup milk
• 2 T butter
• 2 T flour
• 1 package (2.5 oz.) chipped beef, cut into 3/4 in. squares
• 1 small can peas, drained
• Toasted white bread

Instructions:

1. Make a medium white sauce from milk, butter and flour
2. Mix in beef and peas.
3. Serve on toast
